Sarah Davies is an IBM-Certified Design Thinking Practitioner, Lead Product Designer, and Creative Director. In her 15+ years as a creative professional, she has been fortunate enough to gain a tremendous amount of experience with a variety of clients and teams across different markets from small start-ups to large enterprises. Her verticals of expertise include finance,
e-commerce, and lifestyle brands.
These experiences and her extensive education have gifted her a deep understanding of human-centered design, research methods, behavioral psychology, and visual identity, using evidence-driven design approaches to develop intelligent solutions effective for each client's specific needs.
Sarah is an advocate for Design Ops implementation and recently developed a Design Thinking Model to better address challenges faced by enterprise clients during digital transformation. Current projects include a complete redesign of a mobile application for a top-10 finance company, designing marketing materials for the U.S. Navy, and consulting on user experience for a health/science-focused e-commerce platform.
